Job Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy in alignment with our broader marketing plans. You will work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to build vibrant, engaging online communities and enhance our brand awareness across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Oversee the production of content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Plan, create, and oversee engaging written and visual content for our social media channels.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with audiences across all platforms.
- Monitor SEO, user engagement, and other metrics to optimize performance and report insights to stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging is consistent, cohesive, and aligned with our brand narrative.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media, continual learning and experimentation are encouraged.
- Analyze digital marketing trends and suggest improvements to our overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and social media platforms.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit various audiences.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Proficient in using graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, engaging content.
